I had long had the idea in my mind of a web page for interesting—I hope!—epiphanies I've had; for example, realizing, years after it had first come to market, why the Sony Playstation was called "Playstation". I'm obviously not quick on the uptake, so I figured I had a fair number of epiphanies from which to draw.
However, after reading Bernard Malamud's The Fixer in 2014, I decided to expand the page to include random tidbits of life. When I actually sat down to begin the page in 2018, I kept the original title, not being able to think up a better, equally concise title.
