Dr. and Mrs. Walter Measday of College Park, Maryland, have an- nounced the birth of their fourth son, Charles Alexander, weighing five-pounds, nine-ounces, on July 31 at George Washington Hospital Washington, D. C. The baby joins three brothers: Walter IV, seven; Peter, six and Andrew, 18 months. Mrs. Measday is the former Jeanne Ivey of Baltimore, Md. and Dr. Measday is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Measday, Jr., of 24 Clair- mont Avenue, Westwood. |
